SWIM has been looking into purchasing designer drugs such as 5-apb, 6-apb, for sometime now. It is hard to find information online about how to buy these drugs, and even harder to find information on the drugs themselves. SWIM is not interested in finding “where” to buy these drugs or even "how" to buy these drugs, SWIM is simply interested in understanding the Analog Act and how that affects purchasing the drugs online. SWIM understands that due to the law you are not “supposed” to buy them for human consumption, but can one still get into some kind of trouble for buying these online if that is their hidden intention?

PS: sorry in advance if i posted this in the wrong subsection.

Well I'm not a moderate or anything but I can tell you we don't use swim here. I'm pretty sure legal questions are at best frowned upon given none of us are lawyers. I got no idea personally, sorry. I'm betting yes you can still get in trouble for it, but again, not a lawyer.

Thanks for the reply. I understand why questions like this would be frowned upon and considered that before posting, but this is after all a forum where people share their personal experiences, and I'm sure many people on this forum understand legality on topics like these a bit more than I do.

There used to be a legal forum, but they closed it some time ago. I forget what the rationale was.

Anyhow I'm sure a mod or something will show up soon and figure out if it's ok or not.

I'm pretty sure though any analog act would be fairly pointless if you could stick a not for human consumption sticker on it and ignore it.

I recommend against purchasing and consuming any RC drugs. Do you really want to be a human guinea pig for new drugs that have no human, and most of the time, no animal trials even?

Who knows what kind of permanent damage these drugs may be causing, or what kind of long term side effects that may result.

Cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, who knows what may start popping up with a link to some of the popular rcs out today.

Just look at MPPP, a synthetic drug that caused permanent Parkinsonism in users who consumed tainted batches of it because of a small mistake in synthesis resulting in MPTP contaminating the batch.

If you value your health, I'd stay away from all RC's.

Laws vary state by state on analogue substances. It's hard to know exactly what would happen if you got caught using something that's labeled "not for human comsumption." So I have to close this.
