A question about calcium and magnesium supplements

Hey, thanks for clicking on my thread! :)
I have a question about supplemented calcium and magnesium.

First, from what i understand about them:
-When the daily calcium intake is "good", it builds strong bones and teeth etc.
-When calcium intake is higher than normal, its actually bad for bones and teeth because it extracts calcium out of bones & teeth.
-For optimal health, calcium:magnesium intake should be 2:1

So in my case, i want my teeth as optimal as possible again, they are not in such a good condition anymore.
I want to take large amounts of calcium to restore them, or at least stop them from getting worse.
As i've read, cavities can be healed etc, this can be done by taking a high amount of calcium :)

So what should I do? Should i keep the ratio 2:1, which will result in me also taking a too high amount of magnesium. (but i've also read that when taken too much magnesium, the overdose symptoms can be relieved by taking calcium lol)
please any advice?? i really want good and healthy teeth. :D

Side info:
I also use a lot of Vitamin D3 and have both calcium pills and lithothamnium (calcium rich seaweed) powder.

thanks :)

A normal dose of calcium and a normal dose of magnesium should be plenty to supplement a normal diet, so just take whatever the container of the supplement says to take. Maybe double it if you really want to.

I think there are more things than just calcium that go into keeping your teeth healthy though

If your teeth are in bad condition, I would encourage you to see a dentist asap. Advanced tooth decay and/or gingivitis is difficult to reverse once it gets bad enough. High amounts of calcium will not fix cavities.

You should balance magnesium, potassium and calcium in the proper ratios. Too much calcium can also cause dry mouth and worsen the tooth decay. If you can eat a healthly diet and eliminate junk food and junk drinks, that would help.
