RCs a-pvp too strong how do i cut the potency level and recrystalize back to rock form

hey guys im having an issue with a-pvp that i got in crystal rock form and my friends says its too strong and it makes there heart race and it gives a bad trip. is there a way to cut it with a cutting agent and boil it down to bring it back to crystal form in my kitchen. someone please help
 
We're not here to help you cut drugs, if it's too strong for him then maybe he should get a scale and take less.
