Wow, I think I've seen it all now.... so supposedly Deadmau5 a well known DJ proposed to Kat Von D over twitter and she said yes. Kat Von D is a female tattoo artist if you did not know. I'll post a link to the article below.

How far is enough? When do you put the breaks to using technology? I really feel as if this was tacky and even though they're rich they should feel embarrased by this. What do you think about this? I don't understand how something so serious can be done over Twitter. I bet there are people out there who text their significant other do you want to marry me? All I can do is shake my head.

i also can't imagine doing something so important and so personal over a text message or a tweet.

i also recognise that what works for me, may not work for others. the tweet didn't harm anybody so good for them.

Yeah that's pretty sad. A friend of mine's boyfriend proposed to her over facebook. She said no, didn't speak to him for like a week and when they got back together requested a real proposal this time, haha.
It really does just sound like attention seeking.

Pretty sure Deadmau5 isn't dating Kat Von D unless this is really new?

Anyway, a proposal over Twitter or Facebook would be unacceptable. I'm not the "romantic" type but I would expect at least a nice date ... or something! lol

Yeah, I mean at least being face to face should be a requirement!

Seems a bit tacky to me, but then again they may have a far more casual approach to their relationship than others. Personally I would not (am not) go about it that way.

They might see that as romantic; showing all their followers how much they love each other or something... Who knows.

Yeah they've been dating but broke up but then got back together....

I agree though I would be like uhhhhhh really? Not even a date or anything....

The guy I'm seeing's son asked me "If my dad asked you to marry him, would you?" I said "Well, he needs a good quality rock and to get down on one knee...take note of that, kiddo." hehe Fuck that Twitter shit. That's too easy.

I thought he was dating Sydney Blu?? I only know this because I am a HUGE Sydney Blu fan. And whenever someone asks who she is, I'm like "oh she's dating Deadmau5". Apparently I've been giving the wrong information. I guess that was old news LOL. I clearly don't keep up with this stuff.
