Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience or information on this? Upon a google search, I have found a traditional method in which B. caapi root is chewed prior to taking the yopo snuff, but no information on how this compares to using the yopo alone.

I will be preparing my yopo as close to the traditional method as possible (calcium hydroxide, h2o, and lightly roasted yopo beans mixed, finally rolled into a ball that is allowed to sit for several days). I believe from my research that this is not only preferable but necessary to get a good experience from the beans, otherwise the secondary effects are too great and unpleasant.

I have ayahuasca vine or syrian rue at my disposal.

Can anyone answer this question? I also have Syrian Rue, and I would be very interested about the effects when combining this with Yopo.

What's the goal of this exercise? Are you trying to experience a form of ayahuasca? Or just explore yopo?

Must admit yopo is not one I ever explored but good luck anyway. What's piqued your interest in it? Why not just go for the standard ayahuasca DMT style brew?

As for MAOI I always use moclobemide - less nausea and more reliable than rue and caapi.

A potent, natural 5-O-DMT experience, along with ease of access of cheap cost haha.
I've done plenty of n,n,DMT, and numerous times I've coupled that with an MAOI.
5-O-DMT is resultant of a reaction between Bufotenine (5-HO-DMT) and calcium hydroxide.
It's like an elongated smoked DMT trip, but also a unique experience.
