in an effort to get people to look into each others eyes more, the government instituted a new law that each person could only use 167 words per day.
when i order at a resteraunt i point a chicken noodle soup
when i answer the phone i pick it up without saying hello
then at night when i call my long distance love i proudly announce "i only used 59 today! i saved the rest for you!"
but when she doesnt repond i know she used all of hers
so i quietly whisper "i love you" to her 32 and 2 thirds times, and then we sit on the phone and listen to each other breathe...
