Just coming back to baseline from my first time ever with LSD. Just a one hit ~ 100ug solo trip I won't bore you with too many ZOMG I'm tripping details. The big surprise was how sensual and body-high-ish this drug is.
I went to college with a bunch of hippies who always told me that shrooms have a big body high while acid is more of a mindwalk. I had a completely different experience. The visuals/nonlinear thinking/"trippy" stuff were actually quite mild The body high was way more intense than I expected, definitely more than I've experienced with shrooms. At the peak it actually reminded me of E more than shrooms. It was very lovey dovey. Did all those hippies lie to me about the typical LSD experience?
