right so where does one draw the line then ? For instance, 'narh i cant use that word it sounds too clever' etc etc..... See my difficulty here ? I don't believe that one should hide whatever intelligence one may have been given, as that can and should be used to positive effect. But i can of course understand it's bad taste for someone one to show off how clever they (think they) are, just for the sake of it.

How careful does one have to be in what they say for fear of being judged to be "strutting your stuff". Are you therefore expected to never raise your head above the pulpit of the stereotypical dumbass Sun readers' 5,000 word vocabulary ? :?

^I think not using such formulations as 'one should...' is a start :D nah whatever, I don't think anyone cares that much. Or if they do they're not really worth taking into account....write however you want.

IRL i would never talk with such pompous constructs as "one feels that this etc..." I only use it online to clarify that i dont mean "you" or "me" specifically, but people in general. Fuck i think ive just got too much time on my hands today. That huge hike the other day has had a kind of delayed knackering effect on me. Or i took too much phenaz last night. Probs a bit of both.
