So I decided to post another one.
This one I just wrote.

A New Beginning
How did I get here?
What did I do?
Tied down by chains that I can't seem to remove.
The calling is absent.
The world stares bleak.
Staring out the window, only peace do I seek.
Only peace do I seek!
Is this so much to ask?
It seems so simple yet so complex task.
This new invention.
It starts from within.
To remake that which is desolate, to reclaim the soul again.
I look to the sky.
I call on the wind.
Bring to my soul that which bliss send.
The future fast approaching,
So much to be claimed.
No time to hang my head in shame.
Destiny awaits.
The presence to be found.
I refuse to let life leave me sitting around.
Next day awaiting.
These words being told.
I can now sleep in anticipation of what tomorrow might hold.
