So Ive acquired 4 percocet 5mg. 3 oxycontin 10mg "CDN" branded ones. 2 Dilaudid 2mg and one 1mg. and some tylenol 3's and 4's but im not looking to take those any time soon. So im going to take these with a friend. My tolerance is pretty good for opiates, i used to do percs about a year ago, and have taken alot of codeine lately. So I was thinking of taking 2 percs, 1 oxy, and 1 dil 2mg. Would it be alright to take those all at once? or should I not mix? Also, would it be better to crush up the oxy and swallow? IV'ing is out of the questions and snorting realy isnt for me. Any info will help! Thnx!

You should be fine taking the 2 5mg percs, 1 OC 10mg and 1 2mg dilly. the dilly would be about like a perc. They make 30mg oxycodone ir, which are great btw. I'd crush the oxycontin to defeat the time release, although 10mg xr isn't that much. Still, enjoy the canadian oxycontin while it last. They now suck in America(OPs).
I would suggest insufflating the Dilaudid 2mg because the oral BA compared to nasal is shit. Then I would see how you felt from that. I would also insufflate the 10mg OC's as long as they are IR, you can also pop them if you want, your choice. For the percocet, the only way to take those is orally.

Sorry I am nodding, if they are the new OC's then you can only take them orally but if they are the old ones, they can be crushed and blown. OR you can still take orally it doesn't matter. I don't know why I said IR.
I think he/she has the Canadian oxycontin, which doesn't have the fucking anti-abuse shit(yet). Also the op said they don't snort. hydromorphone is 5-8 times stronger than morphine, which means with 25% bioavailability it's about 1.25 to 2 times as strong, making it like a percodan or half.

Well what doses of percocet were you taking then, and what doses of codeine have you been taking lately? From there we can figure out what combination of Dilaudid (hydromorphone) and oxycodone would be equal to that. Considering the equivalent dosage and BAs of these two drugs, I think that 2mgs of hydromorphone taken intranasally would be pretty close to 10mgs of oxycodone taken orally. If you really don't want to sniff the hydromorphone, then just know that the oral BA is about 25% less than its intranasal BA, so you may need more oxycodone to make up the difference. I don't have experience with hydromorphone though, and different opioid conversion charts vary, so I'm interested to hear others opinions on the oxycodone equivalent of 2mgs of hydromorphone for both oral and intranasal BAs. From there you just have to figure out how much oxycodone you will need to reach a good dose for you, while considering how much the hydromorphone dose is equal to.
I have not heard this. Do you have a source for this information, and are the generics the abuse-proof formula? I know that the old OCs can still be found on "the street" from time to time, along with the original formula brand name pills from Canada and Mexico. However, I haven't heard of generic OCs since that brief period of time last year after they introduced the new "OP" formula, in which some pharmacies were giving the original OCs as generics distributed by other companies.

Yes you can, i always take about 3 10mg OC and 4 7.5mg percs, makes for a nice time!
