I want to give the world a sedative.
Slow down it's rotation.
Finally cure this insanity.
Force-feed these pills to the doctors and "normal people."
Tell them how I really feel.
Show them what a crazy person is really like.
Put them in a straight jacket, threat them like pinattas.
Letting my actions speak my mind.
For once not holding back.
Not trying to supress my agnger.
Each blow a message,
From the Paxil Generation.
This was origainll titled "Prozac Generation" and I still think it sounds better that way, but I had so many people ask me if I took prozac and tell me that this didn't sound like a prozac type poem so I changed it to Paxil, since I do take that in real life. I dunno, I usually don't change my works for any reason but I've never taken actual prozac, so I felt I really shouldn't speal for those that have. Kinda weird I guess, but it cuts down on discussion some. Anyway, tell me what you think! I'll be posting alot more poetry on here in the future!
