A Little Somewhat Delayed - LSD first time for an experienced tripped

My questions aren't in relation to a first time on LSD or first time trip by any means. I have only tried LSD once (500ug) and quickly swallowed 4 mg of xanax and 2 benadryl, as I was tripping alone and dropped for my first time at 1am. I slept for 36 hours straight and completely skipped the trip. This time I'm planning on tripping with my buddy and we're only taking 250ug of white fluff. I've had experience with 2c-e, 2c-b, 2c-p, p. cubensis, DMT, K, n2o, Mxe, dxm, HBWR, MDMA, 25i-NBOMe, 25c-NBOMe, and MDPV. I've been an avid user and promoter of psychedelix since my first encounter with psychedelic substances, which happened to be dxm when I was 18. I soon after tried 2c-e, then shrooms, dmt, 2c-b, etc. Since experimenting with DMT psychedelics have been a lot less anxiety causing and leave me permagrinned and happy, typically serving as the energy of the group. So my question is:

Does LSD compare to any other drugs I've experienced? And, is there a way to ease the anxiety if this happens again without filling the trip? Also, DMT (other than 1 visual hallucination on 2c-e and dxm) has produced the only OEV (as in seeing things that weren't there). Is this a possibility for LSD? -It would be a desired effect. And finally, Would this be better to ingest early in the day at night? -I live in a small town next to a railroad, very cold, but a walk down the railroad tracks might be nice.

Out of what you've tried, LSD is most similar to p. cubensis and to a lesser extent DMT. Seeing things that 'aren't there' can happen on any psychedelic, it's a situational effect.

DXM is not a psychedelic drug and the effects are nowhere near psychedelic in nature. It is a dissociative, and my most subjective description of them is that they are anti-psychedelic or produce mental effects that seem to come from the exact opposite means of perceptual shift. (sensory deprivation on dissociatives like dxm versus sensory overload like on lsd)

You're the first person that I've ever heard that reference made.... Dissociatives are definitely psychedelic imo and even erowid has DXM categorized as a Dissociate Psychedelic. So to say it can't be a psychedelic because its a dissociative isn't a true claim at all. LSD, from what I've heard is nothing like shrooms, and far from being considered similar to dmt. I've heard from friends that 2c-e is somewhat similar to L, but nothing can quite compare. I was hoping make you could specify parts of trips from drugs I've previously used to put together a representation of the trip.

It is MOST similar to p. cubensis he said.

If you want to go into the shroom/lsd differences, it seems to vary greatly from person to person. I know a lot of people who say mushrooms are like a fairy land Alice in Wonderland style, and acid is really bizarre and confusing. I and many others I've spoken to find LSD relatively comfortable to work their way through and mushrooms unexpected, inconsistent and whacky where it feels like being dragged through the experience, rather than navigating it.

If I had to describe it acid is more abrasive. The visuals are more crisp and defined. I personally think it is the ultimate for music appreciation and pure enjoyment of semi nonsensical, bizarre conversation. I have also had many highly emotional experiences on LSD, but I'd say that it very much varies from person to person. I also totally lose my depth perceptions at strong to heavy doses.

So in other words, give it a go and see what you think. It's a very subjective experience as I'm sure you've figured now with your track record of psychedelics. Something tells me you'll enjoy :)
