SWIM isn't sure if he is required here, but he wants to be used just in case.

SWIM has at his disposal: 16 mg of hydromorphone, 3.5 mg lorazepam, 10 mg XR adderall(SWIM can crush the beads if necessary), 25 mg

promethazine, unlimited vistaril, and 100 mg trazodone.

Could someone who has savvy knowledge of drug interactions and procedure please give a detailed recipe of when, what, how much, and what method of administration for SWIM to follow? SWIM has no problem plugging, has no problem sniffing, of course no problem eating, but will not shoot up for any reason.

SWIM acquired the vistaril and promethazine because he read that they can potentiate opiates. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I want to be as safe as possible.

You aren't required here. Don't worry ;).

First of all no swimming on BL. It ain't a pool man, we know it's you and you don't protect yourself in anyway with SWIM so just drop that one.

We don't really allow threads asking how to get the most fucked up in BDD please take the time to read the BDD guidelines and the BLUA linked in my signature.

Please be careful mixing CNS depressants, as this can be very dangerous, especially in naive users. You haven't told us your tolerance to any of these drugs so it is inadvisable for me to go ahead and tell you what doses to take.

I'll leave this open to allow you to get some HR, but we don't really allow "how to get the highest threads"

Ok, phew. I hate having to restructure my sentences around SWIM and second personness.

Sorry mate, I should have given it a more thorough read through, I just google these type things all the time and see forums everywhere with people giving fairly detailed recipes and whatnot. But again, the bad is all mine. Let me add however, I have ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous tolerance. That's why I wanted to know how to administer my other items to get the most out of my opies. Not to get fucked up so much, really, just to potentiate the feeling. As it stands I can plug 12 mg of dilaudid, eat 5 hydro 7.5s, and take two perc 7.5s and feel next to nothing.

I was on suboxone for about a month and thus blame that for my tolerance no decreasing. You see, I took a break to try and not only get sober but also lower my tolerance because It was just getting crazy expensive, and I was put on suboxone. I was aware that one of its effects is to dilute the feeling one normally gets on other opiates, hence having to take triple doses of said opiates, but I was not aware that it itself maintained or increased tolerance. Here I was thinking when I tried stuff again, especially having had plugged them, I'd be flying, but nay. I know plugging is the next best thing to IV so you'd think I'd at least get a tickle. I haven't felt any of the hydromorphone at all really. I've tried snorting, eating, and plugging, none of which have done half of what people on the internet claim that they do for them. My only real explanation is that I'm taking enough, it's just not enough to sail over my tolerance as its been growing all of this time. I'm quite irritated. Last night I ate 7 7.5 hydros, my DOC, and felt practically nothing.

-sigh-

But again, my apologies for breaking the rules, I didn't and don't mean to disrespect your rules.

Not a problem at all, sorry for the bombardment. :P

Anyway, it certainly does sound like your tolerance is higher than you think. Bupe is potent stuff, and a skyrocketing tolerance is to be expected. It's pretty shitty you had to find out the hard way, though, I gotta say.

But, I really don't think that mixing in a bunch of other drugs is the right way to go here, IMO.

The best way to go about it would be to reduce your intake of opiates for awhile until your body eventually adjusts to the new, much lower dosage, or to quit altogether for a period of time. (easier said than done, of course.) Of course it won't be the most pleasant experience in the world, but exponentially increasing your dosage can't be a long term solution.
