i know you don't allow this, but i stupidly ingested a capsule i found in my house and have no idea what it was. i know that's irresponsible, but i'm already off my tits trying to escape and what's done is done.

it was dark red and the content was a dark red flakey/powdery substance. got a feeling its been there for a while. any idea what this could've been? i know its disallowed but theories would be nice as i don't know what to expect
 
it was in a baggie too so i'm guessing that whatever it was, it was illicit. in the uk too
 
it seems to have a sedative effect but dunno if this is the other drugs
 
No substance ID's. Speculation isn't going to change anything, and there's absolutely no way anybody can give you a reasonable guess from that description. You're just going to have to wait and see for yourself. If you're worried that the contents might have been dangerous, seek medical help. That's all there is to say really.
