He got some 20mg, orange, football shaped pills and snorted 3 , 14 hours ago. As usual with uppers, he got carried away and lost count of how many he did. He ended up snorting 260mg spread out over 12 hours. His heart rate is 62 and never was really "speeding" much after the 1st 3 hours. I forced him to drink water and eat a little. The only physical effect that I can see is huge pupils and being wide awake of course. No paranoia and has finally shut up for more than 5 seconds at a time.
He has abused Ritalin 3-4 times and always snorts 170-190mg of them over 10hrs. He took 1mg of Klonopin 1 hour ago and is still awake. Not high but says that he can still feel the Add.
He knows that it was a VERY stupid thing to do, but could there be some lasting effects from such a high dose? I know opiods, not Adderall. Is there anything specific that we should watch for throughout today? Any guesses on when he might start coming down completely? I have read on here that some users/abusers have crashes and some do not. I told him to be prepared for later on today.
