I want to make it very clear I am not swimming as that is against the BLUA.
So a good friend of mine has psoriasis that seems to be getting worse. I think it is due to stress.
This person has tried a lot of different things and I really feel for this person.
This person hardly had any a few years ago and none when I first met this person. This person has had a rather rough go at it in life and has an awful living situation and I really would like to help this person.
So far what has been tried would be:
Steroids which did not go well and this person is unwilling to consider it
B-100 complex which works great for my skin and health but has minimal results for this person
Cocoa butter, Eucerin, Auphora, Topical creams, however this person has not tried Triamcinolone or Nystatin
Tanning beds do work well for this person, but there is a lack of funds
So anyways I was thinking maybe laser treatment or oatmeal baths would help.
For me personally I found that B 100 complex, cocoa butter, cetaphil facial soap, sunscreen, oat meal baths, axe body wash, shaving my arms and pubes, and baby powder were the key to perfect skin. I really doubt I need all that stuff, but I am very self obsessed and I like to take care of my body and pamper myself in terms of health, skin care, hair care, and whatnot.
Any advice would be appreciated.
This person finally has health insurance and access to medical treatment, so it would be good to send this person in the right direction.
