I have been getting everything in order before I start my first cycle at the end of this month. Refresher on my stats - 6'4", 106kg, down to around 10% bf now. I have been on the diet for almost 2 weeks and am getting over 4000 calories a day, almost 400g protein, over 400g carbs and 100g fat on a workout day. On days I don't workout, I cut this back to about 3000 calories, 350g protein, 180g carbs and 110g fat. This diet regime has required me to cut out my milk intake entirely, mixing the protein with water (awful). I was told to vary the amount I eat on rest days to stop my body from adjusting to intake levels and to up the levels of good fats for joint recovery. Hope this all sounds right as it has been hell trying to get into a routine. I guess if it was easy it wouldn't be such a huge issue with training.

The other thing to ensure I am doing right is the workouts. I train 4 days a week on a split. Have all the basics in there - deadlifts, squats, bench and military press etc. Will I have to increase the number of days I train or modify the way I train at all?

Looks good to me man. As for training while enhanced, from what I read most just end up training harder anyways without conscious effort. 4 day split should be fine, We grow while we rest
 
Nah you 're alright chief. One thing a lot of ppl do is over train thinking they can train every day no rest and still grow. With 3 days rest you will be more then fine, I suggest on one of those off days you still do a little cardio, even if it is just a walk in a park.
 
^^good point on cardio. Apparently lots of aas strength athletes heart health suffers due to lacking cardio. It'll help with blood pressure issues as well which can come on cycle/blast.
 
Ayup, the BP is can be tricky especially with certain compounds. Besides it allows you to focus on your total over all health not just size, not attractive to pant like your half dead when your with your woman.
 
lol. Will take up cardio which is not something I do very often. Convincing my wife this is a good thing has been one of the bigger hurdles in the venture, so keeping up my performance in that arena will be something she will be keeping a close eye on.
 
lol dude trust me once the test hits ( if its legit) she's gonna need some ice cause she aint gonna walk right ^-^
 
^^2 days after pinning and my girl said I was "too big" and stopped me mid sex to let her rest for a sec. She said she imagines that's what it feels like when we get kicked in the nads: that reflex of throwing up feeling.
