A few questions about piracetam

So I finally decided to buy some piracetam and it came today. I plan on rolling on sunday but I have a few questions about the piracetam before I start taking it. Firstly, I read online that it is very dangerous to mix it with adderall and vyvanse. This normally would not be a problem, however I am in the middle of finals week so I have been taking both. I took 60mg of vyvanse and 20mg of adderall on both sunday and monday. Would I be safe to start taking the piracetam on tuesday or should I wait longer? I may be able to get more vyvanse in which case I would probably take 40mg on tuesday and up to 80mg on wednesday. If I did that, when would it be safe to start taking the piracetam? I was thinking some time between thursday and saturday. When I start taking the piracetam, what size doses should I be taking? I was thinking between 1.5-2 grams on the days leading up and around 3-4 grams about 4 hours before I drop. Is it best to take each dose all at once or to split it up into 2 doses? Is it better to only take it the day before and the day of, or would I be better off starting on tuesday? Ive done a fair amount of research on Piracetam but I just want to make sure that I will be safe with the interaction between it and the adderall and vyvanse, and that I have the dosages down right and on the right schedule.
 
Piracetam is going to potentiate anything you take (save dissociatives) including stimulants like the ones you mentioned. It is actually neuroprotective though, and I would recommend you take piracetam with these drugs. I have found more frequent, smaller doses work better for me than fewer big doses. There is no real science out there for taking this with MDMA yet, but your plan sounds pretty solid to me.

Also, when you take the MDMA, I would take a slightly smaller dosage than normal. I have thrown up before from a roll coming on too strong because of over-potentiation by piracetam. It's not fun throwing up your e.
 
Also are there other supplements that I should be taking along with the Piracetam? Ive been reading a lot that you should also take choline with it.
 
Yep. It increased the amount of acetylcholine, or increases receptor density, or somethin' like that. Alpha GPC is the best and most bioavailable. Eggs are another great source of choline. There are also herbs & supplements that slow the breakdown of acetylcholine, like bacopa or huperzine.

Don't increase your choline and you'll be getting some serious headaches and brain fog.
 
Do people recommend an attack dose or take it a few days prior? I only have around 10 800mg pills for me and my girlfriend to split.

How would you guys do this?

It's different from person to person.
