A few questions about MDMA dosage and Benzodiazepines.

I took around 5mg Alprazolam a while ago (I have a tolerance) and plan on taking some MDMA later tonight. There will be an 8-11 hour gap in between the dosages.

The last time I took MDMA I got really bad anxiety. I get pure MDMA crystals (the real stuff), measured out 100mg but dropped some on the floor. I decided to just take it but even though the euphoria was there I was still very mentally anxious.

Now I have a pill that I have personally had tested that contains 200mg pure MDMA and nothing else. I plan on taking this tonight. Back on the subject of benzodiazepines, I presume my earlier dosage would completely relieve the anxiety that the MDMA could bring upon. I am just looking for the motivation and increased concentration that follows an MDMA high.

My question would be this. I plan on splitting the 200mg pill in half. It has a score. Do you recommend that I take one half to start then take the other half 1-2 hours into the high? I also have 100mg of pure MDMA crystal. I could split it in half and take small doses every half hour or so. I know the benzodiazepines I took earlier will dramatically dull the experience, but tonight is the only night I've had in months to take this pill. It's been sitting in my room for months.

I'm just looking for any opinions or advice from other members as to how I could make this a very enjoyable night.

I think you should dose once or twice max. Dosing repeatedly is not the way to go with MDMA. Also IMO you wont feel much xanax 10 hours after taking it. Maybe you should redose a bit of zan before taking the Mdma. It will kinda take away the euphoria a bit.

I've taken a full bar then dosed MDMA like right after (no tolerance). It was hard to remember the experience but the xanax completely killed the come up anxiety. I still felt awesome off the MDMA, real floory relaxed and pretty euphoric. But i definitely noticed diminished effects from the benzo.

My advice, take the MDMA in 2 doses. Take the first 100mg, wait 45 min - 1 hour and take the rest. Don't dose any more xanax until you are coming down.
