As always, sorry if this has been covered...
I've been thinking about phenibut lately and it's similarities to the other gabapentinoids e.g. gabapentin and pregabalin.
Frequently on the forums I see general advice not to use phenibut daily due to risk of dependency, subsequent dose increase and withdrawal.
Is there a reason that daily phenibut use at a reasonable dose is significantly different than taking prescribed gabapentin or pregabalin daily in terms of health risk and side effects?
Second question -
Gabapentin and pregabalin seem to be associated with weight gain. Does phenibut carry the same risk? Experiences?
Thanks everyone! I've been away from the forums for a while. It's good to be back
