Can anyone tell me if eating while tripping (if you consider 300mg tripping) affects the trip in anyway? Also, does Vitamin C help the trip like other things?

Good luck eating while tripping on DXM man.

Vitamin C is an antioxidant and so it is good for you regardless of if you're on drugs or not.

Now benadryl, THAT'S gonna help your trip.

Yea, I've done DXM a few times so i know what to expect. And i did take Benadryl to help with the itch, and I have Cannabis to help with any nausea I may encounter.

So why'd you ask? Are you going to attempt to force yourself to eat and were just curious?

Considering you can barely even feel your body and it stops certain parts of your brain from talking to each other..on top of the mass serotonin release, this doesn't seem like a great drug to enhance eating. I can never remember even the slightest pang of hunger during my DXM usage. I mean fuck, your stomach just got bombarded by tons of cough syrup. It's got enough on it's hands, er, lining.

ive heard on this forum that eating negates the effects of the experience, but when you become a dependent user you really gotta eat something (its like a 5hr+ trip! of course u might get hungry!) and ive noticed through personal experience that eating during the comeup or peak doesnt really affect the trip in any way whatsoever. you down the dxm, youre gonna trip... whether you eat food on it or not.

I don't enjoy eating on DXM, usually because my mouth is so anesthetized that I can't taste the food. Everything tastes kinda neutral and blah. As far as the effect of eating upon a trip, I don't think it matters much. I try to avoid food before and during a trip.

Well when I take dxm I usually take it on an empty stomach and then eat something small to help settle my stomach. I've never noticed any effects due to food
