Now I've seen my fair share of Bullshit patents but that one got the Top Prize:

TAAR Receptor Agonists for Sexual Dysfunction​

Abstract
The present invention discloses compositions, methods, and systems of treating female sexual dysfunction by stimulating the contraction of the smooth muscle of the nipple. The smooth muscle in the nipple expresses trace amine associated receptors and thus can be contracted through a class of trace amine associated receptor agonists such as octopamine or tyramine, but any agent that promotes contraction of smooth muscle can be considered for the methods and compositions described herein. The contraction of the smooth muscle erects the nipple and increases female sexual arousal. The smooth muscle stimulatory compound can be formulated in a solution, foam, ointment, gel, spray, lotion, powder, topical cream, emulsion, slow release capsule or any similar method, compound, or delivery vehicle including a pre-wetted gauze or cotton pad. Additionally, the disclosed composition can be used to improve the quality of a sexual experience, e.g., it can increase orgasm intensity or a subject's interest in sex, of females that do not suffer from sexual dysfunction.

How do you target that specific smooth muscle? Why not just stimulate the fuck out of those baby feeders. Suck them, smack them, hot wax.. no we are in need a lotion that also gives some of ladies "somewhat" uncontrolled explosive bowel movements.

True as long as you have 40-50 grands to blow. Then again come to think about it. Those guys probably onto something here. I didn't know TAAR are expressed in the nipples:) besides the brain. Somehow it is got to be a mechanism that makes nipples hard when aroused. Like phosphodiesterase mediating penis erection. what should we call this class of drugs: Tittierectile or Nipplerectile Drugs (Guess pretty soon we'll see a new "disease" called TED: Titties Erectile Dysfunction. Yeah tyramine is quite potent too and it doesnt get to the brain unlike (meth)amph. Would make a good candidate. I guess according to these guys rubbing lotion made of natural cheese would do since cheese contains a lots of tyramine.

Two subjects were post-menopausal and the reminder three were pre-menopausal...........The 20% topical octopamine solution (Formula C) elicited a clinical response in all subjects while the 10% and placebo formulations (Formula A and B) failed to elicit a response. With the 20% topical octopamine solution, response in nipple erection and sensitivity was obtained in less than 20 minutes and lasted for 3-4 hours...

Take it with a grain of salt (n=5 ie five subjects doesnt really tell you anything!!!
 
^ Well I guess they'd have to come up with a shorting acting drug. But first I am not sure it works as they claimed but who knows?

An additional pilot study was conducted to assess the efficacy of topical octopamine applied to the nipple-areole complex to improve the quality of the female sexual experience. Nine women subjects ages 18-70 participated in the study.....20% topical octopamine hydrochloride solution was provided to each subject on pre-wetted guaze pads individually packaged in sealed pouches. 12 pouches were provided to each subject. Subjects were instructed to apply the solution with the pre-wetted gauze (one pouch) to both nipples approximately 1 hour before sexual activity....

The duration of the study was for a period of two weeks. The number of Satisfying Sexual Events (SSE) determined by a Sexual Activity Record (SAR) was recorded...Table 4 summarizes the change in SSEs from baseline. All subjects reported increased nipple sensitivity within 30 minutes after the application of the topical octopamine solution. The nipples remained sensitive up to 3 to 4 hours. Seven subjects reported change in the number of SSEs from baseline. Subjects reporting increase in the number of SSEs also reported increased desire possibly attributed to the hypothesized mechanism of action of oxytocin release as a result of nipple erection.

Smoking blue lotus actually feels like it does this to me. It’s not a reliable effect but it’s happened out of the blue on multiple occasions. It gets kind of awkward in the contexts I smoke blue lotus in.

I want to try such a TAAR agonist, in the end it's the amphetamine's binding site and they develop a TAAR antagonist as antipsychotic so I need a TAAR agonist, for science, you know. Also want to try flibanserin, a dopamine disinhibitor sounds like fun.

Good to know that. They speculated about DCK having antibiotic activity because it was patented for. Guess now I have the answer.

It definitely comes recommended from me. It's my favorite of the things people tend to think of as weaker legal herbs to smoke. The buzz it gives is weaker than most street drugs but stronger than most things I can buy legally that aren't hallucinogens or kratom and can be kind of similar to cannabis except that it quiets my mind rather than making it more active. It doesn't last that long but is very relaxing for a short while and is fun to use either alone or with other people.

Make sure you shop around for a good deal though. I've bought a quarter pound online for cheaper than I've seen individual grams sold at some head shops. It's the kind of thing some places will even sell as an herbal tea ingredient and you should be able to find quality stuff pretty easily.
