i had a dream last night...
with the care of a gymnast
i crawled into your head
...always the realist aren't i?
i saw things from your perspective...
calm and misunderstood.
stars having a whole new meaning when
seen out of your eyes...
people passing in and out of your life
faster and with more fury than i have ever known...
i spent time
chasing dragons throughout
your mind...
and just before i awoke...
i saw you look at me...
and i saw myself as you see me...
and suddenly it all made sense...
happiness is slavery.
and sadness a second place ribbon
in the head games we
force each other to play.
