hell yes. i've been playing since i was 15, so 18 years. god dammit i'm old.

but...haven't played in a couple of years. have a bag full of discs just collecting dust. i use to be hard core as fuck, played tournaments every week and shit.

my foot is almost better, and i'm gonna get back out there. i live downtown in atlanta, and you pretty much have to drive to the burbs to play.

BUT....they just built a new course close to Turner Field. pretty stoked.

^^^^ that place looks nice.... the holes are a lot more open than what i'm used to. heres the course i usually play at: http://www.dgcoursereview.com/course.php?id=3417 there's a lot of undergrowth and the fairways are really narrow.... so easy to lose discs.

my favorite hole, hole 19 at hickory hills golf course in traverse city, michigan... its 621 feet to the basket, but its downhill the entire way.... if you had a good arm you could hole in one it. so fun.

never played in that one. i haven't played in a tournament in at least 10 years.

and i've never been that great. i think my best round was a -5. usually shoot a few strokes over par.

but, like i said, i haven't played in 2 or 3 years. i'm going to suck when i do get back out there. and i smoke and pound beers every time i throw plastic.

Damn its been months since I played. If I remember to take my camera ill take some shots of the local 18 holes I play at. Its the rainy season here so its totally gorgeous out there right now.

I play exclusively with innova disks. For putting I go with a Dart, star plastic. Drivers I have about 8 or 10 that I go between but my favs are the starfire, valkrie, xcalibur and wraith. All star or champion plastic. The xcalibur is fantastic for overhand throws, I can get about 250+ feet with it and overhand is very accurate and useful for going over trees/other obstacles.

went discin today. damn i'm rusty haha. i quit keeping track of my score at some point... only threw a few pars and no birds.

i almost always throw sidearm. any other forehanders out there?

Shot 3 under par today on a pretty difficult course, by far my best score ever, and Ive maybe played 4 or 5 times in the last year. Its like riding a bike.
