Is there any way to help kill the ichyness i get when i use. my nose, my legs, arms everything. not like awful but it is pretty fuckin annoying.


And also, I smoke tar. is there a better way to do it BESIDES shooting.... i'm NOT shooting so seriously don't suggest it. :P
 
Antihistamines. This has been discussed at length here for years so search around. The older antihistamines can be rather sedating so you might want to use newer ones such as zyrtec, claritin, allegra; or reduce your dose some if you use diphenhydramine, doxylamine, etc.
