Misc A Concoction That Will Maximize Your Gabapentin Buzz

both gabapentin and pregabalin are well known to potentiate benzos.
I use pregabalin to potentiate zopiclone sometimes, i find 100-150mg a couple hours before taking the zopiclone is good for me but with no tolerence and a true benzo i feel half of that would be enough.
 
yes, pregabalin especially is hands down the best potentiator for benzos i ever came across. i'll take 900-1500mgs about 90mins before i plan on taking the benzos, and by doing this i can drastically reduce the benzo dosage. also, their respective effects synergize really well, at this point i don't enjoy benzos all that much without pregabalin anymore. add some GHB on top and you have a truly blissful combination. but stay the fuck away from that combo if you don't have extensive experience with all three drugs because mixing CNS depressants can easily land you in the hospital and/or morgue.
 
Hmm, I think this works... I've tried holding under tounge but it always kinda burned and left sores,so I put 4 capsules in a glass of diet coke and can kinda feel it already...had some klonopin which usually just relaxes me a little but I got kinda a buzz goin and its been like 30 mins since I downed the cola.
 
testing this now. mixed 1 gram worth (since I have an Rx for 100 mg pills, I emptied 10 of these into a dixie cup) and about an ounce of lemon juice together and downed it really fast and chased with some cola. It does taste bad, but not the WORST thing I've ever tasted (IMHO red label tastes worse and that has an aftertaste and shit. I'll never understand whiskey drinkers.) Chased quickly by the cola it was tolerable. That was ten minutes ago so I'm waiting to see if I'll have a speedy onset of effects. I do have a tolerance, though, I just took this stuff yesterday (because I'm an ex drug addict, I can't take anything fun because I get drug tested. I'm allowed to drink and such but not to excess. No fun prescription pills and no illegal stuff for me. So I get prescribed Neurontin for anxiety, and then from a diff doctor Neurontin for back pain, and then from a diff doctor Neurontin for migraines, and the doctors don't know about each other and I pay for one Rx out of pocket and the other two the insurance lets go through cuz they're different doses - 300 and 100 mg pills. So I just use my Neurontin, quietly, and don't raise a fuss. I have a lot of anxiety, anyway.)
 
It was a dud...didn't hit me any faster and I think I wasted a shitload of Neurontin trying to do it 2 days in a row. I don't feel the "fun" effects even at 3+ grams. Going to bed now. FML.
 
What am I missing? I've never noticed any effects when I started taking gabapentin except that my lorazepam 2mg 4x/day NO longer worked after a few weeks, the exact same time that happened, my Norco no longer worked, nor did my MS Contin, I had a legit rx for all this, I even tried Percocets and nothing. I've read that gabapentin blocks some mu opioid/opiate receptors which I know most pain meds and anxiety meds that I took needed. I quit taking the gabapentin about 6 days ago after taking 3x300mg/day for about 5 weeks and I'm still not getting pain relief from anything. I went to the ER and was given 4mg dilaudid and it was IV and I felt a tiny little feeling like a feather but it went away within a minute. I also took 170mg of hydrocodone and didn't feel that either. The benzos and opiates quit working for me at the same time after being on the benzos for 10 years & opiated for over 4 years. What's the deal? Can anyone tell me how much longer I can expect the gabapentin to be blocking my opiate/mu receptors?

Also I don't think gabapentin offers any euphoric effect. It reduced my tingling, but at the cost of the opiates no longer working.

Please help, tell me anything you can about the gabapentin, too please. I've had severe cramping I'm my feet and legs that actually have nerve damage and I can't move them on my own, a couple days after I CT the neurontin/gabapentin, they started clenching severely. How long may this last, if it's an effect of CT the gabapentin?

I know there's a lot of questions here but I can find virtually NO information about it online other than some people saying one thing, others saying the opposite. So I'd like to know if you know for a fact.
 
Could you provide a link showing the information that gabapentin blocks mu receptors, im not doubting, just never heard of it.
The muscle clenching your experiencing is muscle spasms and yes its a common WD effect, especially if you CT from it.
On a side note its a bad idea to CT gabapentin or pregabalin as (aside from the obvious nasty WD symps) if your a person who is prone to seizures then your seizure risk will be raised significantly.
 
How long is the siezure thing an issue? It's been 7 days now. I absolutely hate everything that I've read about it and I will never take it again.
 
Mt psychiatrist CT me from 2mg/lorazepam/day for 10 years to zero without weaning me & I didn't have a siezure then, it was a horrible experience though, not to mention that now I have no way to control my panic attacks.
 
Yeah never cold turkey gabapentin. You have been taking it a while at moderate doeses so suddenly stopping wasnt the best idea as it does increase your chances of seizures. Dont take tramadols or anything that increases the threshold. Also I tapered off gabapentin and ingot about seven days withdrawal. Best way to do it. I also use magnesium tablets. Worked for me
 
I asked my doc about CT gabapentin and he said he's never heard of any such issues. I told him I had read other peoples experiences and they've said the things about seizures and other stuff. He seemed to think it was not a concern. He said I could just stop taking it. He did change me over to Lyrica because I told him about the weird things that've been going on with me since being on neurontin, he also put me on MS Contin & said to discontinue the Tramadol.

On one hand I would like to believe the doc knows what he's talking about, but then I don't think there's any reason for someone to lie about their experiences on the same subject.
 
^Predecessor has it right. Staggering the dose is much more effective.

100-300 mg every 30-45 minutes seems to be the average, though there is a fair bit of variation in terms of dosage per hour. It's way more effective than taking the an equivalent dose all at once.

Consuming a small snack with each dose seems to increase absorption, as does soda and acidic beverages. Capsicum (the spicy ingredient in peppers) and naproxen also increase bioavailability.
 
Guys, I just tried this with 2,400 mgs of the gabapentin tabs. Took the coating off and crushed 'em, got 2 ounces pure lemon juice and a half oz of water, a bit of sugar, and the finely crushed tabs. Stirred it way too much (not really, but just wanted to make sure the acidity was legit mixed and breaking down the molecules). I had a 3 mini candy bars, cola, and aleve (per usual) in my stomach. I chugged the mixture.

Its been 45 mins. I am experiencing: headache, intense stimulation, racing thoughts, and a little logical grandiosity...if that isnt a thing it is now. I felt like I was tripping, not full blown at all, but a mild "hum" to everything, tracers, music (which made me cum all over the place), euphoria, anti-emetic effects (my stomach has been an asshole lately), bruxism, mood lift, giddiness and pain relief.

additionally, my friend is on the way with opiates. It appears that either that "shot" method doubles the effects of the Gaba-P , or that it induces euphoria over things like my friend coming over with opiates. Actually, I JUST remembered that and was plenty excited before thinking that.

Basically, I had good results, seeing as my tolerance to gabapentin is like a ruined pornstars snatch, I am actually amazed at the effects.

Note: I take Vyvanse 70mg, trazodone 150mg, 1 mg clonazepam, and 300-750 mgs of seroquel- all as prescribed. I have always taken the gaba with my normal meds (which have been switched few times, and when they did it was still [amphetamine, benzo, sleep-aid, anti psychotic] so there is no bias (not the right word but close), meaning i guess that whatever effects those drugs have on gaba don't change, because all the gaba knows once its passed the BBB is that it sees familiar faces (dexamph is gabas favorite). So my normal meds dont get me high at all. But, when i take a few G's of gaba (staggered), the vyvanse and clonazepam become slightly intoxicating (i suppose due to synergy). I have done meth a few times, but require large amounts to achieve euphoria due to my ridiculous adhd. I once hot railed a half G within 2 hours and I was a fucking astronaut for a day or two. Meth no longer provides euphoria, I no longer desire amph euphoria, and when i accidently took double my vyvanse, I felt very....bad, to say it simply. This is a product of me using my medicine not as an advantage but I feel normal, ish. Although this post is full bad grammar and run on setences (havent looked up), I am fairly intelligent. With adhd, I am the king of genious, but have no idea how to grasp that. Non recreational, theraputic amph doses have allowed me to gain incredible knowledge, simply by allowing my brain to functuion and execute properly. I have rewired my behaviors, the way I study, etc. Vyvanse is 3-4 times better for anxiety than any benzo for me. The anxiety is mostly due to the adhd in theory.

I digress, sorry, its a holiday and I skip the vyvanse to enjoy being adhd for a day. its lovely :). what i was getting at, is before I began a regemin of treating my adhd (i even eat the right foods, take zinc and magnesium, etc), I did a lot of meth. When I say alot I mean...within 6 hours...close to a gram. People were peaking out windows, weirdin out, and getting sketchy ( i did several lines and 5 people had pipes with some unbelievable stuff), while I just basked in the glory(im not a meth head, but these people were textbook methheads) This was the 4th or 5th time and last time i did it. I was in a waking coma basically. I felt like i had done mdma sent from God. The reason? I was LOADED on dxm and gabapentin before hand. I had enough euphoria for everyone on this forum. I had forgotten that I had done it. It was so psychedelic too, and i was laughing at everything. I forgot where I was and just floated into space.

So in the end, all i really said is it works, its safe with the meds I take, and if you do it with meth, prepare to have full body orgasms leaving you speachless and wondering how the hell you could feel this good. I swear, it is almost identical to high grade mdma. I dont do anything now, except the gaba every now and then.

For harm reductions sake, please dont do large amounts of meth if you cant handle it. Im psychotic and can do loads no problem, Idk what paranoia even is on meth, but I strongly encourage not to do this unless you know what you're doing. The combo does make my top 5 drug combos:

1. LSD, Ketamine, tobacco, marijuana
2. Psilocybin, cocaine, heroin (insufflated), marijuana
3. Meth, Heroin, marijuana, tobacco
4. Amphetamine, gabapentin, dxm, benzos
5. Meth, Heroin, Valium, alcohol, tobacco,marijuana

Did this make any sense? That gaba fucked me hard, sorry for the ramble
 
I wonder if taking pregab with subutex is just building a tolerance, maybe better waiting til I am off it all for better effect??
The lemon/lime tip is a good one, I don't seem to be as off balance and dizzy?!?! Is that possible? Can it reduce the dizziness I get, or maybe
I am becoming tolerant to the pregabs?
