One can't be mildly transgendered, you either are or you aren't. I know, because I literally fell in love with someone who was. She didn't like me back, which still has me really upset, but I know a lot about this. If someone is transgendered, they are the opposite sex. They are not simply a feminine male or masculine female, that can come in shades of grey. Being transgendered is literally being the opposite sex despite one's body. However, it does sound as though it's possible that OP is, because of saying "I am a male/somebody", appears to be doubting maleness. I can't say though, OP may just have a fetish of dressing in woman's clothing and is bisexual. That's okay too, and it's also pretty common. If OP is unsure whether or not he/she is transgendered and is around very accepting/understanding types of people, expressing his/her concerns may be a good decision. In this case, OP could encourage others to use female pronouns when referring to OP in ordinary conversations, and OP could see if OP is more comfortable this way. If OP is not comfortable with that or is uncomfortable with the mere thought of being called she, OP likely simply has a fetish. If OP would rather be called she, OP may be transgendered.
OP didn't say anything about this, but I will. If you are considering whether or not you are transgender, but unsure, don't do anything permanent like taking hormones/surgery/any sort of altering of your body. Also, don't tell those that might react badly unless you are sure.
If OP knows he simply has a fetish, then I apologize for even bringing up the possibility of OP being transgender. There is nothing wrong with simply having a fetish of dressing in women's clothing. A lot of men have this fetish, they say like 10% or something in that range.
