I'd love to have this on a beach in Goa or maybe even trying to sort out our own rig and having a party on a Thai island but it makes more sense to have it in Europe..

What about India? We've got two years to get this thing right. It would be easy to book a large property in Goa, probably about as easy as doing it in Amsterdam.

I think you may be surprised. I'm sure some interesting substances will make it to the meeting. It's a cheap place to stay. BTW I will stay in Utrecht, about 40 minutes away with some friends. I may be able to get room for one more. Not being funny, but I think I will ask Jampshyd because I'm sure he couldn't come otherwise & I think I'm not alone in meeting this very interesting person...
