Opioids 8mg dilaudid (IV) vs. 4mg dilaudid (IV) both feel the same????

does anyone else have this problem?? or can you tell me why this is

when ever i IV an 8mg dilaudid it feels the same as IVing a 4mg dilly.

What is your tolerance? I thought the same about these two pills. I got a few 8s and a few 4s and over a 3 day period tried them both. Im pretty sure its all in your head but the 4s did seem a little stronger when i would do 2 at once, although the 8s i had were the triangle ones and the 4s were round. IDK if this makes a difference?

This is turning into a ridiculous pill ID thread - closing.

Your tolerance is low enough that there is somewhat of a ceiling effect with the dillys... then just take 4mg as others have said.
