Wow, that certainly does sound like events that will stress you out. I know it might be hard to think about right now, but have you tried exercising to just kind of escape things for a bit? It can do wonders for stress and your mood. I hope things get a little less hectic for you soon.
Thank u and I took ur advice on exercising (which I usually hate) and Shockingly really enjoyed it took out all my anger on the stepper machine and had a nice relaxing swim after! Tryin to sort out one problem at a time it's not the end of the world x
