Stimulants 80mg of adderall first time

hi everyone...im 21 and 160lbs...i never took adderall before and last night a friend of mine gave me 4 20mg capsules so i figured hey why not and i popped them all at the same time...anyway that was at 11 oclock last night...it is now almost 1 in the afternoon and im not tired...when do you guys think these effects will ware off and i will be able to go to sleep...thanxx

I would have only taken 1, not 4. There's no telling when you'll get sleep, good luck though.
