Does anyone else get a “hangover” from 7OH?
First of all, whenever I take it, I always take it at night and I usually end up sleeping late, so I only manage to get around 5–6 hours of sleep. So maybe that plays a role too.
I tried 7OH for the first time about a year ago and I noticed I wasn’t sleeping well and I would wake up feeling kind of hungover. I used to get something similar with kratom as well, but with kratom I’m not sure if it was more like mild withdrawal symptoms.
A few days ago I tried 7OH again after almost a year without using it.
Last Friday I took two doses of 2.5mg, about 2 hours apart.
Then after 2–3 days without using, I took 2.5mg toss & wash at night again. I was already very tired, but it hit me extremely hard: lots of dizziness, nausea, but also a really strong high. I honestly couldn’t believe that only 2.5mg could hit me THAT hard.
I went to sleep, and after about 5.5 hours I had to wake up for work. The entire day I had a heavy head, mild dizziness, and mild nausea.
What really surprised (and honestly scared) me though was that my pupils were still extremely constricted even 17–18 hours after the dose.
So I’m wondering:

- The second dose was toss & wash, and it hit me a lot harder.

- Does anyone else get a hangover-like feeling from 7OH?
- Was the dose too high for my tolerance?
- And if so, why did it feel smooth the first night after a year of abstinence, but then two days later the same dose felt WAY heavier?
- Also, how would you explain the pupils still being tiny 17+ hours later?
