LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB Fox 41) -- A 78-year-old woman received a ten year sentence on Tuesday for dealing in Oxycontin. Clara Combs was convicted back on November 17th of last year in Scott Circuit Court.

Combs was charged in May of 2008 after authorities say she sold oxycontin to a confidential informant for the Indiana State Police. Officers say they recovered over $20,000 in cash from her apartment.

definitely, that is exactly how I want to spend the rest on my years as an elder, high off my rocker on blues all day haha hell yea. Sucks for her though, shame to see that happen to someone at that age

poor granny, all she was trying to do was spread neighborhood cheer

prob gave great deals cuz of those fatty she probably recieved too
 
They give this woman 10 years for selling prescription drugs, but a rapist or child molestor gets out of prison after an average of 4 years.. The war on drugs is a terrorist policy enforced by the US government against its own people
 
thats messed up shes 75 she cant do no time like that! i heard they dont even make OC's like they use to its supposed to come in like a glen capsole now or something!
 
I've never spent much time in this forum, but wow... Looking at these stories in this ladies mug shot is just fucked up. What's next, "4 a.m. Miami cops raid a retirement home where dangerous drug dealers were living, arrest was 80 year old hoo 90 year old poo and 78 year old coca doodle do". I mean fuck.
 
Great now the taxpayers can shell out shit loads of cash for her round the clock medical care then her end of life care over some fuckin OC.
 
this granny get's a 10 year sentence for selling pills.. she doesn't exactly look like the shining image of good health, she very well will die behind bars.

Mean while in NY, a 'friend' only got 12 years for beating and choking his own granny to death. He's 25 and will be out maybe 8 with good behavior.

This makes no sense
 
My buddy who lived in a small city in Cali was getting his pills from this lady who was about 70 years old. She was getting them from an even older, about to croak Dr. whom she was taking care of. They both got arrested and convicted. Why does the 'law' always outweigh common sense? They never go hand-in-hand. They're not going to live very much longer. Put them in a home or something where they can be monitored. Jail?...Lmao what a joke. Let's give a round of applause to the American Judicial system. Sike, more like my balls after a marathon and the middle finger.

Oh and Dragyn, read Captain.Heroin's story that's posted in The Dark Side. Some dude apparently jeopardized the lives of several people, was pretty much caught red handed with a bunch of drugs, and walked. No charges. Fuck that.

The DEA & govt are so screwed up & backwards, that they are making our citizens look like serious criminals. An Oxy dealer gets 10 to 20 years while child molesters & rapists get 2 to 5 years. We need a revolution in this country.
