760 mg of aderall+1 gram Salvia 80x= DEAD RIGHT? (haven't used aderall in 2 years)

I used to use aderall heavily. I became very dependent on it. I kicked the stuff two years ago. The other day my mom talked me into going into the doctors office for a checkup. I was diagnosed with a rare mental disorder that's very similar to Aspergers Syndrome. The doctor prescribed me with 40 mg of aderall a day. I used the doctors appointment as an excuse to skip work (slow Mondays... I had the morning shift.) So I decided to have some fun since I was gonna be home all day. I packed the salvia in my vape and was hitting through the gas mask. I only smoked half the gram though. I then went to the kitchen. After a series of munching and going back to get more I noticed my aderall sitting on the table so I decided "what the hell" I'll do it. (I don't know why I did this knowing that my body has no tolerance for aderall at all) Problem was Im very badly farsighted so I got tired of straining myself by trying to count the pills so I just swallowed the whole handful out of frustration. I tried to go downstairs again so I could finish my bowl but halfway down the stairs my legs went numb and I fell (I knew what I did was completely reckless but I had poison control dialed and I was ready to call if I had any more bad symptoms.) I didn't wanna smoke again yet so I gave it like 30 mins and still nothing. So I packed the rest of the salvia in a gravity bong and smoked from that. Then I went up to my loft to play some Xbox. I had a good 3 hours of fun then it hit me hard. I just had to look up and when I did the only thing I could see were hundreds of spectrums of color just twisting and rolling over each other. They were everywhere I looked and I felt shut out from the world. I began to imagine my two best friends at my house when in fact nobody was there. This was an amazing psychedelic experience for me. I'm so fascinated by this because I was able to interact and have realistic conversation with figments of my Imagination but still be in a focused, coherent mind set with the outside world. I'm still pondering on why this happened how it did. The salvia caused a couple nice little visions before the aderall. But what I forgot is that aderall is a stimulant. The aderall intensified the effects of the salvia by at least 15 times. Then I added more salvia in a different method of consumption. The intense visions didn't begin until 4 hours after consumption though. Why such a delayed effect??

P.S. I'm 19 and I live alone so I was really bored.

I thought the same thing. But im sure I counted what was left in my bottle. It was full and unopened with thirty 40mg pills in it. Then when I counted it after sobering up there were only 11 pills left which means I took 19. 19 x 40mg = 760mg. And the only negative effect I had was that fall and I couldn't sleep at all that night. Im just as baffled as anyoned else about this. I did have some insanely surreal dreams though. But it was a nice fulfilling rest. It's been over a week now and I'm still just fine. Me and a couple of my buddies are about to see if we can recreate the trip tomorrow night. We have 100x salvia this time but we are each taking two 40mg and one 20mg. We all agreed that this would be the safest way while still getting good results.

Wait, you took a hit of Salvia and it hit you 3 hours later??? Somethings not right...

That is exactly what I have been pondering on since it happened. I have been trying to come up with a conclusion for days now. The only thing I can think of is that I've been using salvia for 9 years now and I have a highly developed tolerance to it. But I can't back up this statement because usually salvia hits everyone immediately after the first hit. I am soo confused about this.
 
The fact that you've taken an extremely high dose of amphetamine (Adderall) may have something to do with it.

I advise you to seek medical help now.
 
Why would you seek to reproduce a high wherein you have no idea at all what happened, overdosed, and experienced hugely atypical results from your little experiment?

Your first salvia-induced dance with death wasn't good enough?

Okai, you got high. Cool. Perhaps you should try a different drug, or simply salvia by itself, so you are less likely to top yourself?
 
Im not trying to top myself. That was a sick ass high!!! I've never had any high like that even from shrooms, LSD, dust. Nothing has even come close. I consumed 760 mg last time. That was insane. I said I want to recreate the high but in a much smaller dosage so I get the expected results but much less intense. I want to use about 80-100 mg and a higher grade salvia. This should produce more of a lazy psychedelic high with the aderall as a stimulant to intensify the visions. The average 13 year old pothead can handle 100 mg of addies.
 
It will have been two weeks tomorrow and I've shown no symptoms of amphetamine overdose. I think I got really lucky.

Actually, Salvia has *reverse* tolerance--the more you do, the more sensitive you are to its effects.
 
Really? I actually never knew that. Good thing that was just a guess then. Thanks for the info.

Yeah man holy shit not that it matters (all that does is you took a shit ton of amps) but i doubt you really took 760mg haha I mean maybe some dropped from your hand or something and you didn't notice.

Otherwise a very curious trip indeed.
 
I don't think they even make 40mg Adderall pills, though. My doctor has always told me they only go up to 30mg, and all my Google efforts support that. Are you sure it's not Vyvanse? Vyvanse dosages are much higher compared to their Adderall equivalent dosages. Thus Adderall's manufactured in pills up to 30mg, but Vyvanse is manufactured up to 70mg/pill. At least for the name brand, the 40mg pills are blue and white. (Actually, I don't think there's a generic Vyvanse yet; a lot of people I know won't go on it because their insurance doesn't cover it.) If it was Vyvanse rather than Adderall, then 760mg is still a huge dose but not as impossibly huge as it sounds. If they have miraculously started making 40mg Adderall pills and just nobody's talking about them yet, then that is amazing news and as a penalty for your rash behaviour, you should give the rest of yours to me. (Just kidding.)

DUDE- u got lucky - regardless of weather you did 760 mgs of Adderall which should have blown your chest out- along with Salvia (IMO a trip to hell and back) you gotta realize that when you yourself admit what you did does not make sense..maybe you should just be smart enough to realize you got lucky as hell- and enjoy what you did and DONT TRY TO RE-DO a trip even you don't know how you got there. As a one time speed speed freak and a user of all things shroomy- (my time with Salvia was not fun)- I know enough to share with you the most important thing of all- just stay safe and dont push the envelope..trust me- next time you try to do that much Adderall - u will end up in the hospital and taken with salvia- hey- why not the locked down psych ward, Im just saying.,..stay safe..enjoy the weird ass trip you went on and keep it moving...

I think you can safely divide what he took by 2 or 3.

That's just my 2 c.
 
Yeah, doesn't seem to be a 40mg Adderall, not IR or XR. 40mg Vyvanse.

It is hard to die from an amphetamine overdose, but I don't think you could accidentally eat 19 tablets and not notice something was wrong. You can hardly fit that in your mouth.
