I'm going to just eat the gel inside how much would be normal to an opiate tolerant user.

opioid tolerant is a VERY VERY broad term...

In the US opioid tolerant is one who has taken greater than or equal to 60mg of morphine daily for the past week...there's quite the difference in one who takes 60mg of morphine a day and one that bangs a gram of heroin a day...

perhaps list your normal dosage?

argh, there's good reason they've mainly gone polymer matrix with fent patches, it's that damn potent and the gel reservoirs don't really allow for proper guidance with dosing. essentially it's start with a tiny dob the size of a match head and put it under your tongue/cheek, wait 5-10mins gauge how you feel and SLOWLY titrate from there.

i'd try and trade it for something else really because of the OD risk associated with fent and because it pales in comparison to most other opioids.

please be careful.

I have a high tolerance, and since i got no answer being naive I ate about half at once and got extremely high as me personally knowing I have a extremely high tolerance I wouldn't recommend most others even attempting that amount.

do you know how reckless that is? you're lucky to be alive - lucky you swallowed it rather than having it absorb sublingually or buccal.

do your own research and wait for the advice in the future unless you like gambling your life. i'm glad you're still alive.

I am too actually, that was pretty reckless i was literally the highest ive been in months and i have a tolerence with the heaviest of them. wow! fentanyl

Half of a 75ug patch is 6mg, which is more than enough to be fatal. As tent said, you're very lucky to be alive right now. Locking thread since issue has been sorted and you obviously don't seem to care much for the HR advice that this forum is here for.
