Opioids 75 Fent Patch

So i traded some pure fent powder for a fent patch. Its the 75mcg one. Now i have a really high tollerance, i can easily go through 2 grams of H in a day, and i have taken 4 80mg Oxys in a day (snorted). Now if i just slap this fent patch on and wear as directed would it do anything for me? I have read a lot about somking them and chewing on them but if i just wear it would it do anything for me?
The thing is supposed to last about 3 days from what i have read but im also supposed to take it off at night, are both of those true or will it last longer if i take it off when i sleep?

It will merely keep you out of withdrawal, if that. Internet says it is equivalent to 120-150mg of oxycodone daily (that is a possible equivalent 450mg oxy total equivalent) Please don't try and break the time release for a quick rush.
 
Yes you will be fine if you take opiods already. My buddy just got one of those exact ones prescribed to him he has low tolerance before the patch he had oxy neo prescribed to him about two 40s a day he takes as prescribed. He said the patch isn't doing anything for him at all he can't feel any pain relief or high from it. He also said it falls off all the time he lost Twp already in bed and showering so he isn't very pleased with them. I would never trade pure powder for a patch unless mabye you wanted it to last longer to stretch it out cause its hard to conserve fent powder.

Can't promise you anything, but with the tolerance you mentioned, you should be.

I had a far lower tolerance and couldn't feel an applied patch (not even dependant enough to have withdrawal symptoms/see them vanish) just all around disappointment. This was years ago before the more tricky time release systems became standard for all duragesic type patches (atleast I believe they are).
 
I think fent is kinda like morphine, with some people its amazing and with others it really does nothing. For me morphine really does not do a lot but fent really gets me going. I have heard of these 75 fent patches killing people with a tolerance and it doing nothing for people with no tolerance. All i know is that when i get a fent shot in a hospital i feel awesome.
 
So i put the patch on and left it there for over 24 hours now. It really does nothing for me, so i assumed that the dude ripped me off which was strange because it was sealed in the pack and everything. Anyways, i broke some of his parts pretty good (he wont be ripping anyone off or walking for the next 6 weeks at least). I got my pure fent powder back. I tried asking about it before with little luck because people here have taken harm reduction to the level of just telling everyone not to do drugs.

Its sad, had an honest question and nobody could help me out here. anyways, my hands hurt really bad from getting even over the fent thing. Since nobody there was able to help me out with the fent poweder thing, im just going to eyeball it. This pure fent stuff is the real deal, its already killed something like 12 junkys in my area, they all OD'd on it so i know its legit pure fent. So i think ill just carefully eyeball it and see what happens. The way i see it i don't need this fancy british mathotry crap mgs,ccs,mcgs milliliters and all that crap. Homeless dudes figure this crap out down on main street, well not those dead ones lol. So i just have to be more careful than those other dudes and ill be fine.

eating a patch is getting that 3 day dosage at once the 75 mcg is per hour so 7.5 mg of fent is defently going to help u out if u got that big a tolerance to h i mean i used to to do 240 mg of oc a day and ate a 100 mcg patch and woke up to my chick recessatating me i may have had somthing else in there i dont know but the margine for error with that shit is so small that it can be ok at 75 and 80 mcg kill ya. and you wouldnt know u evan took the other 5.
