720 mg DXM- what to expect?

I have a lot of experience with DXM, but I haven't used it regularly in years.
Recently I have had two experiences using 480 mg and found them enjoyable. I am a 250 lb male.
I am considering stepping it up tonight and trying a dose of 720mg. What kind of effects should I expect? Would this be a third plateau experience? The preparation I am using also contains chlorphenirmine maleate. I will be Ingesting approximately 96mg of this along with the dxm. How will this affect my experience?

The chlorpheniramine will make you sleepy. DXM just tastes and feels gross to me, but your mileage may vary.
