7 people Hospitalised after taking "designer" drug

People have been using various plant derivatives -- weed, opium, coca, ephedra, mushrooms and so forth -- to produce altered states of consciousness since palaeolithic times, and legally until just beyond living memory. If they were all that unsafe, don't you think they would have stopped a lot sooner?
 
The chap (RIP) snorted 25i-nBOME powder.
As misinformed users they were probably snorting lines of it. Even a 30mg line is the equivelant of 100 doses. May have been the cause of the fuck-up.

Was just speaking to my gf who was telling me this, From the sounds of it they had an idea what they were taking.. but as she was offered it as 2cb the poor guy might have thought he was doing a 30mg line of ceebee which I have done before and I'm sure many of us have...
