Hello everyone! I had a question about 7oh tinctures/shots. Any experience or knowledge is greatly appreciated.
A few weeks ago I ran across some 90mg 30ml 7OH shots called SipOHMz.
15 mg of these shots were consistently more effective and lasted 2x as long with lower dosages.
Anyways long story short I am now trying to make my own recipie because they are $35 a bottle for roughly 4 doses.
My normal dose is around 15-20 mg at a time 1-2x or so day. I use Tablets or 7oh powder that I've mixed into a big jar of plain leaf.

The ingredients for the SipOhmz shots are as follows:
Key Ingredients: 7-Hydroxy and 8-Hydroxy kratom extract (90mg)
Ingredients: 7-Hydroxymitragynine, 8-Hydroxymitragynine, Red Oh
Other Ingredients: High Fructose Corn Srup, water, Propylene, Glycol, Citric Acid, Artificial Flavor, Sodium Benzoate, (Preservitive), xanthan Gum, carrageenan Gum, FD&C Red#40, Kratom Leaf Extract
I have tried to make a few of my own batches with a few different recipies and none of them work quite the same. Could be the 8-Hydroxymitragynine and the RedOH but the same manufacturer have those ingredients in their tablets as well and i noticed no difference. I haven't found much info on either. Maybe they have successfully created a salt base of 7oh? (Very interested in this if anyone has any info)
One batch was 300 mg 7oh (94% mac n cheese) in a 60ml mixture of ~30ml Propelyne glycol and ~30ml watered down corn syrup (to match consistency) along with a couple 10mg scoops of Citric acid and a little squirt of 0 nicotine vape juice for flavor. About 6mg/ml. Tried to match the main ingredients and the consistency thr best I could
I tried a few different recipies (PG/Ethanol) (PG/Corn syrup) straight (PG) straight ethanol, addef heat, let steep, etc. There is still something different between them. The tintcures work but not like what im trying to reproduce. Maybe I need to source sone 8OH and RedOH.
