I've been taking 300-400mg of 7-hydroxymitragynine daily for the past couple of months. It's too high of a dose, its way too expensive, and I plan on tapering down to somewhere closer to 20-50mg daily.
In order to aid in this process, I've acquired twenty five 200mg lyrica. I also have most of a months worth (90) of 300mg gabapentin which I am prescribed, but lately haven't been taking more than one of a day. I think I have very little physical dependence on the gabapentin, if any.
I am also prescribed clonazepam and have about fifty 2mg pills, but realistically probably need to set aside 30 of them for work days (3 nights a week), meaning I could be liberal with fifteen or twenty of them. My tolerance is fairly high, and depending on the day I will take anywhere from 2mg - 8mg, but on an average day I probably take 3mg - 4mg and have for a few years.
I have taken lyrica before and get pleasant effects at around 375mg - 425mg on which i can still function and appear normal, and a definite high around 600mg - 675mg that I would not be able to go to work on.
I also use disposable THC vapes pretty heavily, but also have cheap and easy access to them.
So, what do think the least painful way to taper down from 300mg to 50mg would be over one or two weeks?
I am currently on 400mg lyrica 150mg 7-hydroxymitragynine and my normal 3mg of klonopin and about to go to work. I redose halfway through work, but will take no more than 150mg, hopefully less depending on how I feel. I do have significant shoulder pain from a 3 year old surgery, which is how I got here.
In your opinion, is cutting down by 30mg per day realistic given the excess of medications that I have on hand? I know everybody is different, but i would especially appreciate the advice of anybody who has attempted to taper 7-hydroxymitragynine down significantly, or quit.
I appreciate your taking the time to read this, and I thank you in advance for anything that you have to say to me.
