I have acid reflux and i take pantoprazole a proton pump inhibitor. Would the pantoprazole potentiate 6apb?
Thanks

I don't see why it would.

It could effect bioavailability or absorption speed if you take it orally (certainly there is a precedent for stomach ph effecting those things, ex amphetamine - though I don't know whether PPI's make enough of a difference to be relevant) - but the nature, magnitude, and existence of such an impact would depend on the drug, and I don't think that research has been done for 6-APB. I'd wager that the effect, if any, would be relatively small.

Since you're presumably taking the PPI every day, i would assume you haven't taken 6-apb before - so you'll be starting with a particularly low dose to gauge your response to it anyway; in that case, i would not change my plans. If you were planning to take a typical/full dose without having taken 6-apb before, i would recommend you take a smaller dose to get a feel for the drug and gauge your response (regardless of whether you're on a PPI - not everyone finds 6-APB pleasant, and if discover that you're one of the ones who doesn't like it, you'd want to have taken less of it). If you had taken 6-APB before starting on your PPI, I might consider taking a slightly lower dose than you otherwise would.
