Yes I needed wanted help but this shot kicked me in the ass. I couldn't pee for 3 days because I could hold any liquids in if you know what I mean. Now day six I can drink some (not with out anti nausea, diarrhea or anti vomiting pills) I still feel extremely I'll and can't figure out why? 4 days previous to the shot I stopped taking 2mgs a day of subs and maybe two days prior to the shot drank Iv morphine about 3 mgs.

The vivatrol shot is nor efor people who have been clean for weeks or months not days.and Suboxone has a long half life meaning you still most likely had some in your body when you got the shot.

Welcome to BL, sorry about the shot causing such symptoms. Hopefully you can read some interesting threads here and learn how it causes such reaction.
Otherwise, do you still have the urge to use?

Did you tell your doctor what you were on and how long? He/She should have known better.

Man sorry you went through that.

Based on all studies performed with SUBOXONE sublingual film, buprenorphine has a mean elimination half-life from plasma ranging from 24 to 42 hours and naloxone
here

Because suboxone has such a long half life.. around thirty hours as stated you still had a bunch of that drug on board. For people to detox subs it generally takes around two weeks (11-14 days) before things start to get better instead of worse.

we can make a close approximation of the length of strong acutes by multiplying the half life by six and adding three or four days.

30h x 6 = 180h / 24 = 7.5 + 4 = 11.5 days to detox.

You took the shot when a great deal of the bupe was still on board. The affinity for the naltrexone is stronger than the bupe even though there is allot of false information out there claiming it isn't.

Naltrexone Therapy can only be started when a person has been detoxed under anesthesia and 'clean' from all opiates. Use of Naltrexone while actively using an opiate or still experiencing withdrawal would cause extreme pain and suffering for the patient. New patients wanting just Naltrexone Therapy must detox 'cold turkey' on their own and have remained off of all opiates for at least 14-28 days, depending on the specific opiate use.

So again sorry you had to go through that, but in reality you will likely get through the acute tunnel faster. If you had fully detoxed before taking the shot then you would still have been in very uncomfortable withdraws from the bupe for 14 days or eight more than you were. So it looks like you pushed through all your strong misery in six days as opposed to fourteen.

Nice work on deciding to get clean.
