A couple days ago I saw my friend rolling and I went up and asked him wat he poped and he said this new kind and it a 5stack, better than a quadstack and he said it was super thick has anyone herd of them?
 
"Stacks" don't mean anything except that the pill is heavier -- it doesn't indicate that it contains more MDMA, or any MDMA at all. I wouldn't be surprised if someone had decided make their pill a little thicker as a marketing ploy, but I would definitely be surprised if it contained anything more than the usual 90mg of MDMA or so contained in what's commonly considered a "good" pill.
 
Often times, bigger pills can be a sign that the pill is cut with caffeine. Caffeine is a pretty common filler in pills and is also a large compound. He was probably enjoying it because caffeine and MDMA go pretty well together, especially at a concert or something. MDMA/caff rolls are great partying rolls imo :)
 
There is no such thing as a quad stack or a 5stack... it's just a marketing ploy to make more money off of naive ecstasy users. Like someone said above, pill might be a little thicker but it's likely just fillers, and not more MDMA. :)
 
other than the pokeballs i've had, the best pressed pills i've had been what one would consider "single" stacks. as others have said, its all a marketing ploy to trick uneducated users who don't know any better.
 
wtf is up with this "stack" shit, its all a buncha bullshit heres the deal pills can either have , low, medium, or high mdma, the end...
 
It doesn't mean that there's more MDMA but it DOES mean that there is more of something in it...
 
Lol I've taken little single stacked pills that completely floored me just from taking one, while triple stacked pills made me roll less hard. It's funny that people still think that stacks mean anything! They don't!
 
I wouldn't want to try swallowing a pill bigger than a "quad" or a poke XD
More than not I have noticed with my experience with 'stacks', the higher usually has meant better pills (in my area that is).
I doubt a 5 stack would be any better though. Sounds silly :b
