I plan on rolling again on Saturday but on Wednesday I'm gonna go pick up some 5htp cuz I just rolled this past Friday night!. I am gonna take it until Saturday but will it b safe 2 take it Saturday morning(the day of the roll)? Thanks:)
 
As far as I know its OK to take 5htp whenever as long as you don't take it while rolling. So I would say that your should take it up to the day of your roll but not on the day of you roll...just to be safe.

i would have to agree man if you dont KNOW its safe domt do it =D

cant see why the day efore woild be an issue tho...
 
Just stop the day before the roll and continue the day after - Its better to be safe than sorry? Dont forget that 5HTP isnt a wonder drug, it is not a replacement for rolling safely and you should be looking to try and space your rolls out by a month or more.
 
I know and thanks Bearlove! I usually do space em out it's just how certain things are taking place all together lol. As for the 5htp I know it's not a wonder drug, but I want it to help me seratonin levels be4 I roll again:)
 
i find i roll way harder if i dont use 5htp in the few days before taking a ecstasy. im pretty sure this is because 5-htp causes serotonin receptors to down-regulate (turn off). i personally save the 5-htp to recover the days after rolling.. i just find that using it before has the opposite effect.
