5f-akb48 (synthetic cannibinoid) solubility - which is the best organic solvent?

I would like to find out some information about the properties of 5f-a4k-48 in terms of it's solubility in organic solvents or in an aqueous solution.

I've read in different places about either acetone or ethanol being good? Or is another organic solvent best? What would the solubility of this (grams per ml or cm3) be?

I am not up to scratch on my advanced chemistry but hope someone here would know this information?

acetone or ethanol are best for dissolving jwh-type cannabinoids, and their relatives.
 
Thanks for the info. I would like to know how to work out the precise solubility of 5f-akb48 in acetone or ethanol, so that the solution isn't under concentrated, to ensure an even distribution of herb.

Solubility is the grams per ml of a given liquid that a chemical can be dissolved in but I didn't to A-level chemistry to work this out. Anyone able to help me on this?
 
unless someone has measured it experimentally, you can't really predict that kind of figure, just make wild guesses.

off the top of my head, jwh-018 is probably 100 mg/ml soluble in acetone, and about 10mg/ml in ethanol... so expect the same sort of figure for 5fakb
 
Assuming you have 95% ethanol and nearly pure sample you could maybe do drop wise addition via a oral syringe and get a very rough figure for the solubility of a sample in a shot glass. Be very careful with that stuff, it might be toxic
 
Do you know if I need to use 100% pure acetone or would nearly pure 99.7% be ok?
 
I have no idea the answer to your question, but I do want to give you a +1 on the username. I've been hooked on the damn show(s) since the reboots came out a few years ago.
 
i've always used acetone and it works great and dries in like 5 minutes
one time i used acetone with water (didn't know that was water in it) and when it dried the herb i sprayed it on got stuck togheter in a big piece of herb. when i broke it down all i had were something that looked like buds really cool i'll admit

BUT i would asvise using a lightbulb (or a tinfoil or wathever) to smoke the raw powder, you use much less, once you get used to it the taste is really good and you can smoke it wherever you want as it doesn't make no smell
