54 733 Morphine 15mg Question

Hey folks, first post and I'm happy to join the community. Now, my question...

Oscar recently bought some 15mg morphine tabs. Oscar has taken plenty of painkillers in the past, including oxymorphone. Oscar has never done "true" morphine. Oscar isn't gonna shoot or snort the pills, just orally take them. Oscar uses pills on a semi-regular basis. What should Oscar expect from these tabs? Oscar has taken OP80s in the past (split into quarters) and did okay. Should Oscar be worried?

So you substituted it with Oscar? XD Haha, my apologies. I wasn't sure which forum used that. Anyway, Oscar snorted two last night. What a disappointment.
 
Morphine has a very poor BA rate orally and nasally. The only wayvto get the most out of the morphine experience is to IV it. I advise againstbit bc it is extremely addicting and I am speaking from experience. Just don't do it. The BA rate of morphine orally is ~30% I think but don't quote me that it's less nasally. And recatally is about 30% also.
 
Oscar has heard that before but he has fairly severe sciatica and can't afford a damn Doctor. He appreciates the input, though. Oscar is terrified of breaking skin, so no IV. Thanks again though. :)
 
Haha you're lucky you caught me feeling nice. Usually I just swap out "SWIM" for "I" but that doesnt always make people too happy...
 
If you need 80 mg of oxy to get high, eating about 100 or 150 mg of morphine will fuck you up. I was used to IV'ing at least 50 mg for just a small buzz, and once ate 300 mg and felt almost too high. so you can get high from eating it, but it feels expensive unless you're getting them cheap/free.

dont listen to anyone telling you morphine or hydromorphone are only useful iv'ed. tons of people eat morph and snort HM, and get super addicted and have a grand old time. :\

DO listen to people who say that. When we are talking "useful" it means cost effective essentially, and do to the horrible bio availability of morphine orally and nasally, it is fair to say it isn't useful with those ROA's.
 
Take the morphine orally or rectally. It is much more efficient to take it rectally, because much more morphine will be absorbed into the bloodstream. I don't know how much more is absorbed rectally than orally, so I couldn't tell you what dose to take, but you would want to use a smaller dose if you decided to take them rectally. I also don't know your exact tolerance.
