5100mg of Acetaminophen at once - too much?

So yesterday, I went on trying to find opiates where I am, but this City is pretty dry right now, 3 of my dealers all had nothing, and I ended up just getting a bunch of Percs.

But the Percocet in Canada only contains 5mg of Oxycodone and 325mg of Acetaminophen.
I have a pretty high tolerance to opiates, and it usually takes me about 120mg of Oxycodone or 160mg of Oxycodone to feel 'decent'.
Well, to stop the dope sickness, yesterday I ended up taking 16 Percs which is 80mg of Oxycodone and 5100mg of Acetaminophen.

Then today, I took the left over 4 percocet I had left which is a total of 1300mg.
So basically within 24 hours I have ingested a TOTAL of 6400mg of Acetaminophen.

I am wondering did this fuck up liver now? I don't think so, but I just thought I would ask.

I don't drink Alcohol, rarely in a blue moon I will.
I take Omega-3-Fish Oils daily and in a high dosage, I also take a B- Complex Vitamin, and Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules.
I NEVER take Acetaminophen at all, only if I have to in an opiate formulation.

I could have done a CWE, but I was really sick at the time and didn't want to wait.

I know thats a fair bit of Acetaminophen, but I think I have done this before in the past without any damage.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
 
In harm reduction standpoint 3-4,000mg of apap is the daily limit. But I have used over this and had no ill signs...not saying that you will be the same, but 6,400mg will probably not be the death of you.
 
That's quite a bit of acetaminophen, for sure. It would be wise never to do that again, ever, but I understand where you're coming from. It also worries me that you think you may have done something like this in the past. If you've already been given one get-out-of-jail-free card, why would you try again? You should be OK, but uh... I really don't know, and only time will tell.
 
i've taken up to 5500mg max with no problems besides maybe just a little side pain the next day...recently here in the US they lowered the recomended max daily dose from 4,000mg to 3,000mg
 
Your fine. I personally know people that dosed 15g/day for weeks/months (so they claim).

Stay away from alcohol for 24 hours, do things as you normally do and your 100% fine.
 
See a doctor if your stomach starts hurting or you feel unusually ill. Some people can handle up to 10 grams of APAP in one dose - but the problem is that there's no way to tell who those people are ahead of time.

i'm sorry to sound like a cunt but that's a poor excuse with you already knowing the possible side effects and problems with high dose APAP. a CWE takes 5-10mins max with that amount.

with that said the thread is left open to speculation. see a doctor if you're concerned and get your liver checked out.

i'm going to close this now.
