I know this is a noob question- but what does heavily cut mean? Im guessing either mixed with some other thing or just doesnt weight a gram.

it means its mixed with other ingrediants... for example cocaine around here is 15% pure cocaine, the rest is stuff like ephedrine, starch, vitamin c powder, sugar, talcum powder, Italian baby milk powder or local anesthetic (to simulate the numbing that real cocaine gives you) coz usually good cocaine numbs your face.
speed/amphetamine is about 10% pure the res will be similar cuts than cocaine
heroin here is about 35% pure, usually cut with sleeping aid medicine or sugar, powdered milk, coca mix, tylenol, brick dust, plaster, flour, baking powder
(this is all stuff i read on the internet, so it's info to be aken with a pinch of salt... but i think its mostly accurate

holy shit, brick dust and tylenol? I'm sure those might have been used a few times, but I think you should rarely run into this. you should normally get something cut with something thats shootable, or just fake product all together.
I remember when I was a kid and I was watching I forget what movie it was, maybe don't be a menace or something. anywayz, the person says something about stepping on the cocaine, and I didn't know what that meant at the time. but its the same thing as heavily cut, if you ever hear that and wonder what it means. the same thing.
