5 mg Valium twice a week for a year. How severe is this?

Not too bad valium is used for tapering off benzos like xanax or ativan kolonopin. You actually get a lot of rebound anxiety after the use of any benzo. If you really want you could ask for librium to taper off valium it's a benzo though
