5-MeO-DMT Safety

I searched but could not find any results for 5-MeO-DMT.

Does anyone know of the safety of this substance, when smoked / vaporized ?

It's certainly stressful on the body and mind, but it's safe if you are in good health and have someone sober to attend to you.

It's safe as milk in my body, and seemed that way with all of people in my circle that I've shared it with. I always kept the dosages under 10mg, and steered people towards 7mg, 8mg instead of the max I would offer. Never offered it to someone who did not understand that it wasn't going to be Kansas anymore. That's a Wizard of Oz reference for those that don't know.
